1. Course Enrollment
Once payment has been made and course access details have been shared, the enrollment is considered confirmed. Because digital course materials and recordings are accessible immediately, we do not offer cancellations after access is granted.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds may be granted only in special cases such as duplicate payment or technical error during checkout.
- No refunds will be issued once course access, mentorship, or live session links have been delivered.
- If you believe an error occurred during payment, please contact us within 48 hours of your transaction.
3. Refund Process
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days from approval.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment source (bank account or card) used during purchase.
4. Cancellation by The ChartRoom
In rare cases, if a scheduled course or batch is canceled by The ChartRoom due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued or an alternative date will be provided, based on participant preference.
